They take care of my animals
If I could give this clinic a negative review to the most, I would. I brought my kitten in for worms. They gave her a liquid medication and a flea prevention on her skin. She acted funny and a little spacey. I took her in a couple days later (A Friday) and the vet checked her and said "She is just having a reaction, Im not worried, she should be fine" They told me to give it until over the weekend and if she doesn't get better let them know. Early Monday morning she was about the same but could walk farther. I set her up and left the house, when I came back she was limp and breathing weird. It was 30 minutes before closing time, I called. The women was RUDE to me to an unbelievable degree. Told me 'I should have called earlier"...Well, she was not like this earlier, plus, this is your job to take care of, also, this was your fault, the clinic took blame for it. NOPE! Just complained and didnt want to call the vet back in and said it was cost me over 100.00 and told me again I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM EARLIER . Are you kidding? You have to be kidding. I hung up on her. I WILL NEVER recommend them to ANYONE, they are SO UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. My cat died after I hung up on her. Thanks a lot Warren Clinic, you literally are awful.
I would like to say that we are so fortunate to have a great caring doctor and clinic for our animals. Late one Friday, just before closing we brought our very sick kitty in to see Dr. Norris. She went above and beyond to help our cat recover. It took several days and tube feeding but our cat got well even when it seemed so against the odds with his serious infection. He is doing well a year later. She also helped our older dog recover from a bout of kidney failure. We have had only great care for our animals at Warren Animal Clinic.
