Wifi does not work ! Goes in and out.No service .
Water pressure very low. Price not bad , room was clean , but needs improvements. Amenities not great.
Need to update the rooms with new paint and modern decor... (texture falls off ceiling when taking shower) Ice machine was broke . Or not serviced.
Owner is a total douche, my boss reserved a room for me, being that the company I work for pays for lodging, he wouldn't give me the room, it's 41 degrees out and I have been driving from Florida all day I was tired and ready to unwind, nonetheless I had to pay for a room myself. If I could give it no stars I would, the rroms are dingy and smell alot like mold, microwave doesn't work and the WiFi is crappy.
Out of the two choices in Warren, I would definitely suggest Clairmont.
I give this hotel zero stars. Very rude front desk. I would never stay here. The manager is very unprofessional. They gave me a handicap room which I didn't need nor ask for. Very very poor ratings. If I were anyone I would not book this hotel.
My microwave didnt work he told us to wait til tomorrrow even though i told him i was hungry so husband had to go get a microwave from another room he wanted us to change rooms instead
