STEER CLEAR FROM HERE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! The lady in that place looked me right in my face and LIED about everything she told me. I got a price from her with taxes and all to fix a repair on my vehicle. I CALLED a week early before I brought the vehicle to them to confirm everything. I was already suspicious of the business because the first calculations I received from her were a LIE. They ordered a part from Chrysler of whom I work in the Business Administration for and told me there was a restocking fee of $50 for a $200+ part. This is a LIE because restocking fees are 5% of the part total for potential business recompensation. I know businesses are struggling in the economy so I never confronted them about their initial mistakes. HOWEVER once you tell someone TWICE that a price is one thing and then once its done its completely higher is completely unethical as a business and a complete disloyalty to the business world for people who put trust in your business. Some people from the community told me that the owners before were family members and they handled the business very well but EVEN they told me the business is a COMPLETE RIP OFF now. VERBAL AGREEMENTS ARE AS SUPPLEMENTAL AS WRITTEN AGREEMENTS. Two different women told me the exact same price both times I asked. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
